Open Poe AI is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the service handles and how it is used.

What the service does

Open Poe AI is an agent library and chat interface. You can browse featured, template and previously created AI agents, create a new agent by describing what you want in plain language, edit an agent (its name, description, system prompt, skills, welcome message and appearance), and chat with agents. The service has no user accounts and no sign-in of its own, and we do not ask for payment information on this site.

Information we process

Your chat messages, conversation history, agent definitions (including system prompts), agent suggestions you request, likes, and any files or images you upload in a conversation or while editing an agent are sent through our server to MuAPI, the platform whose agents API runs the library, the agent chats and the underlying AI models. Uploaded files are transferred to the storage location MuAPI provides for that purpose so the agent can use them. Like most websites, our servers keep standard operational logs (such as IP address, timestamps and pages requested) for security and reliability.

What we do not store ourselves

This deployment keeps no database of its own: agents, conversations and uploaded assets live on MuAPI under the service account that operates this site, not in a BookAI Studio database. Because there are no individual user accounts in this deployment, agents and conversations created here are held under that shared operating account. We do not sell personal information. Please do not put personal or sensitive information (such as private photos of other people, payment details or health information) into chats, agent prompts or uploads.

Sharing

We share data only with the processor needed to run the service: MuAPI (agent library, agent chat, model inference and asset storage). Operational logs stay with our hosting infrastructure.

Your choices

Because we hold no account or content database for this service, there is no profile for us to export or delete; agents and conversations you create exist on MuAPI under the operating account. If you have a privacy question about content you submitted here, contact BookAI Studio and we will help remove it where we are able to.
