Open Poe AI is operated by BookAI Studio, a DBA of BrightSpan Holdings LLC ("we", "us"). By using this site you agree to these terms.

The service

Open Poe AI provides a web interface to an AI agent library hosted on MuAPI: you may browse agents, create and edit agents, and hold conversations with them. The service is provided as-is and as available, with no accounts, no sign-in and no payments in this deployment. Features, agents and availability may change at any time.

AI output

Agent replies, suggestions, agent definitions and any images or files generated through the service are produced by AI models. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise). Review anything important before relying on it.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create agents, prompts or content that are unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing or harmful; do not upload content you do not have the right to use; do not attempt to extract the server-side API key, probe or overload the proxy, or interfere with the service for other visitors. Because agents and conversations are held under a shared operating account in this deployment, do not submit confidential information.

Your content

You keep your rights in the prompts, messages and files you submit. You grant us and our processor (MuAPI) the permission needed to process that content to run the agent library and chats and to store agents and conversations under the operating account, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this free demonstration service or from AI-generated output.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Last updated: October 24, 2026.
